The School of Applied Social Science are taking further steps to raise awareness of dementia needs by taking part in the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference.

The ‘Good practice in the design of residential environments for people living with dementia and sight loss’ (stand 255) is being displayed at the conference.  This is part of the research-based outputs from a project funded by the Thomas Pocklington Trust.

The conference is taking place at the Bella Center A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark from July 12 – 17 2014.  More information about the project is available at stand 255.  Alternatively please contact Dr Alison Dawson or Dr Corinne Greasley-Adams for more information.
